  I am writing in praise of Weymouth’s Park and Ride Scheme which I used for the first time today. I parked with ease at the Mount Pleasant car park and it was pleasant! I then paid my reasonable
  all-day fee of £1.50 and had a short bus journey to Weymouth seafront, close to the shops I wanted to visit. The buses were new and clean, and the drivers were courteous.
